SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We are only a small get up but we try, typically we will get your new gear dispatched and sent of within 1-2 business day. After that AusPost will generally take up to 7 days to get you the goods depending on what service you choose.

We offer standard parcel post and express post.

Postage goes by weight and is calculated at the check out. We do offer free standard parcel post on all orders over $100.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

There are a few reasons you might want to return your Yew Beauty Apparel.

1. You have done yourself a mischief and bought the wrong size for yourself or the better half.

No worries, it happens more than you think.

 

2.Although we check every item before we send it to you, some times there are faults that we can't see until its too late. If this happens don't worry we got you. We will replace the item.

 

3.Over stretched the budget, as long as all items are unopened and are in unused condition with all tags still attached, you are welcome to send it back.

Once we have received your items back in unopened condition will will arrange to get the purchase price refund back to you. Unfortunately we do not refund for any shipping costs incurred. Just keep in mind we do not offer a change of mind refund on clearance and special order items.

To return an item it must be in as new unworn condition. Trying it on for 30 second doesn't count so don't worry about that.

Before sending anything back its best to send us a message at sales@yewbeautyapparel.com.au just so we know what's going on and can give you the right details on what to do next.
